In the event of an accident, collision, or damage, the renter must follow this strict procedure:
- DO NOT MOVE THE VEHICLE
- IMMEDIATELY CALL CARIBBEAN ROAD SERVICES: +599 717-9292 to make an official accident report.
- IMMEDIATELY INFORM BON DRIVE CAR RENTAL: +599 701-7120.
- Obtain an official accident/police report. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the renter being held fully liable for all damages.
